We can then see if the date you would like is still available. If the date is still available we will send you a proposal, a contract, as well as a portal where you can submit payment through. Payment must be made within 7 days after confirmation of your date in order to lock in your day.
Q: What is the booking process like? After we confirm the above information listed, we will send you a proposal, contract, as well as invoice to your email address. Once you receive this email you are able to sign as well as pay online. After payment is received, you have fully completed our booking process and we look forward to welcoming you to Lebanon Christmas Tree Farm!
What is Lebanon Christmas Tree Farms Payment/Booking Policies? A: Payment must be received 7 days after making a reservation with us. If payment is not received within 7 days then your booking(s) will be canceled. Afterwards the photographer has two options 1) accept the cancellation or 2) contact us in order to rebook. IF we rebook you for the second time and payment is not received then Lebanon Christmas Tree Farm will not allow you to rebook with us until the following year.
Q: How much time am I given for setup? A: You are able to arrive onsite up to 20min prior to your time slots. For instance if you are shooting at 9am, feel free to arrive between 8:40am-9am.
Q: What if my photo sessions goes over in time? A: The photographer needs to plan to leave on time. If the photographer is more than 10min past their scheduled time then additional fees WILL APPLY.
Q: Can I have another photographer with me to help me with props or taking pictures? A: NO, if you have another photographer, friend, or helper they must also pay for a time slot in order to be on property.
Q: Are their restrooms for my clients? A: There is an outdoor Porter potty
Q: Do I need to check in with anyone when I arrive? A: There will be an employee onsite whom you will need to check in with.
Q: Where can I or my clients park? A: We encourage parking around our barn.
Q: May I visit the Farm unannounced or just to look around prior to booking? A: No. We are open to the public Thanksgiving Day til Christmas, therefore we do not have standard hours or employees able to show the farm regularly during photography season. As an alternative, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to set up a Promotional Session.
Q: May I bring our pets? A: Yes, however all pets must be picked up after as well as leashed at all times.
Q: Can we book any time slots outside of those listed? A: No, we can only offer the times listed for shoots.
Q: May we schedule a photo shoot during Christmas Tree season? A: No. Booking is only between August 1-November 22. We do not allow photographers on our farm during selling season.
Q: Can I book a Promotional shoot without having a regular 4hr+ shoot? A: No, Promotional shoots must be combinedwith a regular shoot.
Q: May I reschedule my photo shoot? A: Rescheduling is not allowed. By rescheduling the photographer takes another open spot that we could potentially sell to another photographer therefore, you will need to contact us in order to book a new day at full price. Therefore, it is imperative to make sure you book the correct dates from the get go.
Q: What if I do not show up for my shoot? A: Unfortunately, a no show takes the spot of another potential photographer who could of booked with us. Therefore, a no show will not be refunded. The photographer must schedule and pay for a new date/time if they would like to rebook with us.
Q: What if it rains? A: If inclement weather is reported 24hrs before your time slot then the photographer will be able to contact us in order to reschedule to a day that works for both the farm as well as the photographer at no extra charge.
Q: How many photographers will be on the farm when I am? A: We only book a select number of photographers during the same time slot. By limiting the number of photographers we are able to offer a greater experience to each photographer.
Q: Will I have enough room to shoot? A: Our farm is 25 acres of Christmas Trees. Therefore, there will be plenty of room for each photographer to find the picture perfect spot.
Q: What do I need to do in order to get in touch with someone on the farm while I am on site? A: There will be an attendant on site who you can contact or please call us at 843.688.5088 or 843.817.3131
Q: Can I bring props for my sessions? How big? A: Props are more than welcome on our farm. We have had clients bring china cabinets, wooden stands, all the way to couches. If the photographer is using a vehicle and or Camper as a prop, the photographer must inform Lebanon Christmas Tree Farm prior to photo shoot. Lebanon Christmas Tree Farm will not be held liable or responsible for broken or lost items/props on LCTF property.
